Logging in to OMS.com is the fastest way to manage orders, track shipments, and update your supply-chain settings from any device. Follow the steps below to sign in safely and troubleshoot common issues.
1. Visit the official site
Open your browser and enter https://www.oms.com. Bookmark the page to avoid phishing copies.

2. Click “Login”
The button is located in the upper-right corner on desktop and inside the hamburger menu on mobile.
3. Enter your credentials
– Username: the email address you used during registration
– Password: case-sensitive, at least 8 characters with one number
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot password?” and check your inbox for a reset link within 5 minutes.
4. Complete two-factor authentication (2FA)
Type the 6-digit code sent to your registered phone or generated by your authenticator app. Check “Remember this device” only on private computers.
5. Dashboard overview
After a successful login you will land on the Dashboard. From here you can:

– Set low-stock alerts
